Introduction
T3 was born out of a personal journey of healing and transformation. Founded in February 2020 by Nicholas Walker, T3 aims to support teens in overcoming life’s challenges by offering a holistic approach that combines the power of community, nature, and various healing practices.
Nicholas's Journey
Nicholas Walker's life took a dramatic turn when his father was unexpectedly indicted and held in federal detention. Struggling with the emotional turmoil of this event and unable to find solace in traditional therapy, Nicholas began exploring alternative healing methods. His journey through these experiences laid the foundation for what would become T3.
The Evolution of T3
What began as a way for Nicholas to distract himself from his pain evolved into a mission-driven nonprofit. T3 went through three major iterations, each refining its focus and approach. From an online community to an in-person program, T3 now integrates a wide range of healing practices tailored to the unique needs of each teen.

Founding of T3
T3 is founded by Nicholas Walker at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic as a way to cope with personal challenges.
First Iteration (V1)
T3 launches its first version as an online platform with limited success but valuable lessons learned.

T3 shifts to a hybrid model, receiving constructive feedback and refining its focus.
Third Iteration (V3)
Inspired by a stranger's encouragement and his grandfather's story, Nicholas rebuilds T3 into its current form, fully incorporating community, nature, and holistic practices.
Genesis Pilot Program
Launch of the first pilot program, Genesis, integrating the full spectrum of T3's approach.
