Nirvana – Your Journey to Inner Peace

Teens Thriving Together (T3) is excited to announce Nirvana, our second pilot program hosted at Community 729. Building on the success of Genesis, Nirvana represents the next step in our journey to empower young adults through holistic healing practices and deep self-discovery.

Core Healing Methods:

  1. Qi Gong

Building on Tai Chi from Genesis, Qi Gong involves slow, meditative movements aimed at channeling energy within the body, promoting mental clarity and physical relaxation. Practiced outdoors, Ecotherapy deepens the connection to nature, enhancing grounding, self-reflection, and mindfulness.

  2. Emotional Intelligence

This method emphasizes mindful communication practices to help teens build supportive relationships within the group. Techniques like active listening, nonviolent communication, and guided group reflections foster empathy, allow for vulnerability, and build resilience through shared experiences.

  3. Mind-Body Relaxation

Moving beyond introductory mindfulness, Nirvana includes integrative breathwork combined with sound healing sessions using Tibetan bowls and gongs to promote deep relaxation and stress release. Breathwork techniques calm the nervous system, while sound healing supports emotional balance and mental clarity.

Launch Date: June 11, 2025
Eligible Participants: Young adults aged 17-19 who have completed the Genesis program
